This section focuses on floors intended for direct use, fast-setting screed and floors exposed to moisture in inside and outside areas, e.g. garage floors.
The floor repair products in the PCI Zemtec family are fast-setting, develop high strength, and are intended for direct use. Using these cement-based mortars, you can level irregular concrete and screed surfaces. Depending on the loads involved, you can either use the surfaces directly or seal them with an additional product.

3. Top sealing
